Vegan Protein Balls

Serves: 12     Time: 30 mins



  • 2 cups cashew nuts
  • 2 cups of dates
  • 2 tbsp Vegan Protein Bliss
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence (the pure one)
  • 3 tbsp MCT / coconut oil


  1. Place all ingredients in the food processor and blend until desired consistency is reached (we like them a bit chunky for a bit of crunch)
  2. Scoop out mixture and roll into tightly packed balls.
  3. Cool in the fridge for an hour

Makes approximately 12 high protein balls, Yummm
