Vegan Protein Balls
Serves: 12 Time: 30 mins
Ingredients:
Base:
- 2 cups cashew nuts
- 2 cups of dates
- 2 tbsp Vegan Protein Bliss
- 1 tsp vanilla essence (the pure one)
- 3 tbsp MCT / coconut oil
Method:
- Place all ingredients in the food processor and blend until desired consistency is reached (we like them a bit chunky for a bit of crunch)
- Scoop out mixture and roll into tightly packed balls.
- Cool in the fridge for an hour
Makes approximately 12 high protein balls, Yummm
