Pink Pitaya Bowl

Serves: 2     Time:  15 mins


  • 200g frozen pink pitaya, left out in room temperature for 5 mins to slightly defrost
  • 150g frozen mango
  • ¾ cup nut milk or coconut water
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 tsp Beauty Berries


Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined and a smooth consistency.

Transfer the pitaya mixture to a bowl or a hollowed out pineapple.

Top with your favourite fresh fruit, muesli, toppings and of coarse another sprinkle of Beauty Berries.
