Pink Pitaya Bowl
Serves: 2 Time: 15 mins
- 200g frozen pink pitaya, left out in room temperature for 5 mins to slightly defrost
- 150g frozen mango
- ¾ cup nut milk or coconut water
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 tsp Beauty Berries
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined and a smooth consistency.
Transfer the pitaya mixture to a bowl or a hollowed out pineapple.
Top with your favourite fresh fruit, muesli, toppings and of coarse another sprinkle of Beauty Berries.
