Berry Breakfast Smoothie


Serves: 1     Time: 5 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ⅓ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond or rice milk
  • 1 tsp Beauty Berries
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1 small handful ice cubes (optional)

Method:

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until a smooth consistency.
